Sit in silence for 5 minutes


Do box breathing


Make your bed


Change your alarm to something motivating


Make a to do list nd priority from that


Be in for three minutes in your work or anything and then decide if you wanna do it or not


Install good motivating or self care kind of aesthetic apps to make you feel motivated but discipline is key so make that your best friend
