Deep work work in long uninterrupted blocks work for 90 minutes or so tari s your brain for more focus
Flow state is where you loose the track of time and you immerse yourself fully the work should be important but not overwhelming and you should do it with music or so
Pomodoro technique work for 25 minutes and 5 minute break
Monk mode where you totally elim ate all the distractions and fully immerse into no phone no nothing
5 4 3 2 1 grounding technique
If you are feeling distracted just sense
5 things you can see
4 things you can touch
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste
And bring back yourself to focus
