There is so much power in deep focus being focused on one thing eliminating the distractions and being focused on one thing and doing it and getting it done
Eliminating the distractions is very important like being in a locked room being outside somewhere and focuse putting your phone in some other room
Using focus techniques deep work flow state etc
Using pomodoro technique at first if you are starting and then training your mind for longer attention spans
Train your mind for longer you can have a reward for longer attention spans make sure the reward is big and exciting because you deserve that and if you feel you can push the reward to another limit so you can do more work
