We are talking about aligned action so first let’s go a bit into goals
Goals are what we want to achieve we can achieve it by converting them into small chunks yearly monthly weekly and daily
Aligned action is to take action towards your goal not any action but action towards your goal
Steps to take towards aligned action
•Write actionable small chunks of your goals
•Journal prompts
3 actions I have to take towards my goal today is the journal prompt and then go ahead and actually do them
What I need to eliminate that doesn't get aligned with my goals
•Visualize doing your action very nicely how you will take action how will you achieve how much you will achieve actually visualize all of it
[To take real action romanticize the daily stuff romanticize how you are doing it add up any good feeling stuff like new clothes new jewellery new mist and all just sprinkle a bit of it when you are starting your action you know ]
The only mindset shift you need to have is eradicate the feeling around hardwork it doesn't have to be hard you know eradicate the feeling it's boring not good very tiring make it sparkly and full of glow
