Energy management in place of time management
There are four dimensions of energy that we to maintain
Physical energy by eating nutritious food vitamins and minerals protein rich food
Emotional energy by cleansing by protecting yourself from energy drainers being positive and grateful
Mental energy by taking one day at a time by taking one moment at a time and one task
Spiritual energy by taking spiritual breaks and grounding yourself and being purposeful
Now the thing is you have to do the task according to the energy you are feeling so if you feel you can do this task right now and feeling energy is there for this task do it isf you think you need to full your energy tank do that
Maintain all the energy levels by this
Take frequent breaks take rest productive rest etc
Use pomodoro technique working for 25 minutes and taking a four minute break
If you are efficient in the morning do the most important task in the morning and if you are efficient in the evening do the task then
See how your energy is
