We all have beliefs we believe we can do that we believe she can do that and it can also be i believe I can't do this that right there is limiting belief limiting belief is something where you are like I can't do this or that it hold you back it limits you
The one way to identify your limiting belief is where the negative negotiations come in where you are negative in your self talk like that is hard maybe maybe not that is your limiting belief
How to solve it
Tackling it with what if but what if it turns out fine what if it's not hard try coming up with numerous what ifs
Journal the way out write all the limiting beliefs and then come up with what you can do to eradicate that
Say Affirmations of I can
Write affirmation of I can
Replace everything with positive belief
Meditate on it and visualize letting it go
Visualize your perfect day
Script who your future self bring that into now by action
