How to give yourself a good night sleep plus maybe how you can wake up early



Make a routine before sleep which doesn’t include phone a night time routine🌌 that includes stuff I include in next post so stay tuned 😉

Read for 15 to 30 minutes before sleep i have experienced that when I am reading it calms me plus my breathing comes to normal pace📖

Have a hot shower 🛁

Sleep with straight hands straight body and eyes relaxed😴

Don’t have any caffeine I mean have it till 4.00pm ☕

Don’t do any thing that makes you feel like you wanna jump out of bed or you know even that motivation that you don’t wanna sleep and go to work💻

Journal what you want to dream and how you want your night to go your sleep to go write and affirm and feel you want to have a good night sleep a relaxed sleep a tight sleep📓

Speak affirmations of having a good night sleep for example I am able to fall asleep easily and peacefully🌕

See sleep aesthetics on pinterest before your night time routine last thing you do on your phone🛌🏻
