Three minute rule
Work for three minutes and then decide if you want to do it or note
5..4..3..2..1..
Just say this and do it don't think anything just do it
Pomodoro timer
Just do it for 25 minutes or less if you are starting and get your reward
Reward system
Have reward for yourself long term rewards and short term rewards too
Romanticizing stuff
Romanticize stuff make it nice and desirable easy so you jump out of bed to do it
Breaks
Have frequent rest and productive rest when you are working
Eat the frog
Do the daunting tough task first and push it outside of your plate
Exercise
Exercise is must gives your brain that happy chemical makes you less lethargic and lazy good as energy booster so exercise any good youtube video or there are apps too apps recommendations in previous article
Use productivity apps
Info about this in previous article about which apps to install any app is good though
Write work blocks while planning gives a little something andakes you think you can't do anything but work
Journal the why before start
