Write the term work blocks when you are planning like workblock 1 2 3 so on that means you are blocking distractions and are all on that
Wake up before the day starts have a routine set the time for day be mindful and take on your day
Don't watch productive stuff in your break watch something relaxing
Keep productive rest in your day reading books or doing something productive
Eating is important don't skip it eat in breaks drink alot of water
Get dressed up
Do an everything bath before you start
Be in headspace of working
Save rich girl or boy post on insta
Journal the why
Why you need to do this work ?
Why it's important?
How far you'll go if you do it?
Choose what makes you happy add that little sparkle into the day
Include rewards and relaxation
