how to wake up early

So for the longest time in my life like I have been trying this for months to wake up early but it's now that I feel I have some what of a grip to it so first of all there should mindset shift of I can wake up early so the night before you are going to write the why why do you wanna wake up early and why is it so important and then you gonna write 10 times minimum while fully feeling it that I wake up early you are gonna set a challenging alarm the one where you get challenges alarm click xtreme and timer is what I use that is free and loads of apps don't work like the free plan or if something is up with the phone so in this app also setting only one alarm goes right otherwise it doesn't give challenges or so and having that screen on like keep the app open or you can record yourself and keep that as an alarm
Things to keep in check which are really important
You don't keep the volume down of alarm you are not allowed to do that
Sufficient sleep
Reading before sleeping
Turbulence is going to happen for days it will be like you have made the volume down or deleted the app while it was ringing but when the mindset shift comes you are gonna do it that's the main ingredient plus reward yourself and you should look forward to your morning if you say I will wake up and directly study that's not going to happen give yourself 30 minutes for watching YouTube and then you can do the stuff maybe have a morning routine
