Steps you can take for dopamine detox

Identify your dopamine triggers line where you are getting the expanded release of dopamine
Try cutting it smaller and smaller
Like seeing youtube for 15 mins instead of 25 mins
Eating a little part of chocolate
Substitute with productive stuff
If you are cutting caffeine then try matcha or energy shot
If you are scrolling try seeing short form motivational stuff or long form motivational stuff
If you are spurlging then try buying goods that will make you feel productive like subscription of good productive app that will push you to take action
Try 24 hour dopamine detox
Say to yourself it is just for 24 hours and you might feel it's hard but you can see the results in your mindset your work ethic so you may want to do that even more
Make this a habit in your habit tracker and do this everyday for long term benefits that it has
